Aviura was founded to give ASEAN plastic converters a closer, more responsive source of functional masterbatch. We combine UK-led formulation and European-standard process control with a regional production base, so customers get consistent quality, technical support on their own line, and lead times measured in days. We start with what the region needs most, UV protection for agricultural film, and grow our range with our customers.
Aviura is a functional and specialty additive masterbatch producer. We were founded to give ASEAN plastic converters a closer, more responsive source of precisely dosed grades in small and medium lots.
Functional grades in eight families, led by Polymer Protection & UV: UV stabilisers and antioxidants, slip and antiblock, anti-fog, processing aids, antistatic, optical, specialty and industrial grades, plus custom multifunctional grades.
Aviura Limited is headquartered in London, where formulation and marketing are led. We combine European-standard process control with a regional production base close to the customers we serve.
Our production base makes every grade close to the customers we serve, so the same additive load arrives in every bag and short runs and grade changes are routine, not exceptions.
Agricultural, greenhouse and mulch-film converters, blown and cast film extruders, fresh-produce and chilled-food packers, recyclers, moulders, ESD packaging makers, compounders and distributors.
Local stock and short lead times, small-lot MOQs with 10–20 kg development batches, precision you can test, and technical support on your own extruder. We compete on service and flexibility, not on price alone.
In production and supplying customers. Every grade is available to sample and order, and we develop custom grades with converters who need something the standard range does not cover.
Every grade ships with TDS, SDS and batch COA. Halal certification is in progress, ISO 22196 testing supports our antimicrobial grades, and REACH, RoHS and food-contact statements are available by grade.
Aviura combines UK-led formulation with application engineering and consistent, documented production. We start from the problem on your line, design the grade around it, and help you prove it on your own extruder.
Every grade starts with formulation: the right additive chemistry, carrier and loading for your polymer, process and end use.
We design around the end product, from greenhouse and packaging film to moulded parts, so the grade fits your processing window, not just a data sheet.
Recipe-controlled production with batch traceability and a certificate of analysis for every lot, so what you approved is what you receive.
Development lots of 10–20 kg and low minimum orders, so you can qualify a grade without committing to a full container.
We help run the trial on your own extruder, review the results with your team and fix processing issues, not just ship bags.
Our quality system is being built to ISO 9001, with TDS, SDS and COA for every grade and compliance statements by grade.
Sustainability at Aviura is practical: grades that make film last longer, help converters run more recycled content, remove PFAS from processing, and dose exactly what is needed. Every grade is documented so buyers can verify what they are getting.
UV stabilisers and antioxidants extend the working life of agricultural and outdoor film, so less film is replaced and discarded each season.
Antioxidant, desiccant, odour-absorbing and processing grades help recyclers and converters run more recycled polymer with fewer defects.
A non-fluorinated processing aid gives UK and EU customers a route away from fluorinated PPAs without losing output.
A consistent additive load in every pellet means customers do not need to overdose to be safe, saving material and cost.
Additives and carriers are sourced from qualified suppliers with documented data, and REACH SVHC and RoHS statements are prepared from that data.
Carbon intensity data is available by grade on request, to support customers' own Scope 3 reporting.
Making and stocking close to ASEAN customers cuts long-haul freight and the safety stock that long import lead times demand.
Procurement and quality teams get the documents they need for supplier approval, audits and tenders.
